Sales Engineer - Switchboards and Switchgear

You have a passion for MV & HV Switchgear and have a background dealing with OEMs, the mining industry, and industrial end users. Due to their strategy of obtaining new business in this competitive market our client is seeking a proven professional who thrives in a challenging and rewarding position. You will be working for a well established organisation that has a well recognised product range, a solid and professional reputation and a very successful track record. 

In this role your responsibilities will include servicing existing accounts in the Brisbane and South East Queensland market, handling technical enquiries, completing quotations, overseeing commissioning of new systems, troubleshooting in the field and developing new business. You will be able to use your technical knowledge and personal drive to take a hands on approach to key account management that is focused on developing superior solutions for specific client needs. 

Ideally you will have an industrial electrical background with experience in the Switchboard or Switchgear arenas, strong business development experience, and a great personality! Knowledge of industries such as mining, manufacturing, large electrical contractors, switchboard builders and OEM's is highly desirable.
