Our client is an Australian based mining company with a focus on copper production and exploration. The company is based in Perth, and in Northern Queensland.

Due to a sustained period of growth our client is not at a stage where they are looking to recruit a Senior HR Advisor to join their award winning team North Queensland

This role will be generalist but will also include setting up HR systems for the business. You will deal with all escalations, performance management across the business and implementing the HR strategy.

To be considered for this position you will need a HR background within the mining sector. You’ll be required to work in a site environment on a FIFO roster. The roster is an 8-6 roster where you’ll work 12 hour shifts. Flight leave from either Townsville or Cairns
