This multinational EPCM consultancy that specialises in the design, construction and operation of process plants has a strong focus on quality engineering and project delivery around the world. This company has grown from strength to strength and has now become a recognised leader.  With a prolific number of projects coming on board and a growing team, there is a need for a new Senior Process Engineer to join this team. 


You will be a qualified and experienced Process Engineer in a senior discipline with excellent leadership and management skills. This experience will see you lead the team towards the delivery of several large minerals processing projects. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the standard of Process engineering within the Metals Group through supervising and delivering enhanced procedures and technical developments. Your mentoring skills will support and guide the technical specialists and  junior engineers within this recognised organisation.


This strategic management position will require at least 12 years experience in a design and consultancy environment.  This fast paced organisation will require you to hit the ground running so it will be necessary for you to have a proven track record working in Australia’s mining industry.  

A generous salary is available for the correct candidate and will range, $180k upwards
