Are you are Degree qualified Engineer with at least eight to ten years hands on relevant Electrical Engineering experience, predominately within an industrial, mining or consulting environment? Do you have what it takes to work autonomously, running your own projects, as well as working within a team environment? You are looking for an opportunity to lead a Control Systems team by joining a highly professional and well respected Electrical Engineering Consultancy. Based in Brisbane you will enjoy working with an award winning, supportive and professional team that enjoys an exceptional reputation in the industry. 

Utilising your superior time management skills whilst working on a wide variety of projects with a process control focus, you will predominantly be responsible for quotations and documentation, circuit design, programming of PLCs, RTU's and SCADA systems, component selection, on-site installation supervision, commissioning and training. You will enjoy having input throughout the process from design stage right through to commissioning. You will have at least 8+ years plus experience, a solid and resilient nature and sound leadership capabilities. 

Technical skills required below will be highly considered: 

• PLC Control systems - design, programming and commissioning 
• Low voltage and medium voltage motor control 
• High voltage (up to 132kV) power reticulation 
• Variable Speed Drives and Soft Starters 
• Lighting and General Purpose Power
