An opportunity now exists for you to join a world leader in Variable Speed Drives (VSD’s) in a pivotal Sales Engineer role. Based in Perth you will be servicing the Water Sector in Western Australia whilst representing a company that has already established itself in this highly competitive market. This organisation that has a track record of success based on the quality of its product and the level of professionalism that its team provides, and  you will be expected to continue and build on these core values within the company.
 
Reporting to the Sales Manager your role will require you to:
Build relationships with current clients, assess needs and provide solutions Source new clients by following leads Prepare and present product and application training to clients and potential clients Boost sales across the company, and provide support to colleagues
 
To be successful in this role you must have:

• Engineering or Trade background in VSD’s, automation or power electronics 
• Strong practical understanding of VSD’s within Water, Waste Water or Mining industry  
• Proven sales experience in ‘Opening doors’ and strengthening relationships 
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively 
• Driven attitude, and desire to meet and exceed targets and goals
