This mining company has a number of operations in production with numerous new exploration and acquisition projects underway.


Due to continued growth within Australia, they are seeking an experienced senior exploration geologist to join their team and depending on the person in the foreseeable future take on the role of exploration manager.


Reporting to the exploration manager, you will be responsible for planning drill programs, overseeing and mentoring junior geologist and delivering high level reports reporting directly to the technical services superintendent. You will have previous experience overseeing a team preferably with exposure to a range of different commodities. This will be a residential role where you will work a 5&2 roster while in the office and a 4&3 whilst out in the field.


As this is a residential role they are looking for people who are willing to relocate and are prepared to offer relocation assistance including payment for your first 3 months of rent. The successful applicant will be offered an excellent salary and the opportunity to work with an experienced team in an idyllic location.
