Lead Mechanical Design Engineer - Contract

Our client is a highly reputable consulting firm specialising in providing engineering services to clients in the mining and mineral processing industries.

With confirmation of more work from their portfolio of established clients, this firm is growing exponentially. This new Contract role directly supports the Engineering Manager and leads a well trained and successful team of engineering and design professionals to meet the requirements of major treatment plant projects. 

Significant experience with mineral processing plants and materials handling is essential along with; 

• An approved Diploma Qualification in Engineering Design Drafting 
• An excellent working knowledge of Bentley MicroStation Software.
• Proven ability to lead design team 
• Solid experience working on materials handling projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to act as Lead Engineer on a project
