An excellent opportunity is availableto join a prestigious, Sydney based oil and gas operator in the roleof Geophysicist/Seismic Interpreter.
The purpose of the roleis to perform interpretation on 2D and 3D seismic data, impedanceinversion data and/or pre and post-stack attribute data for bothconventional and unconventional oil and gas assets.
Responsibilitieswill include;

Interpretation of 2D and 3D seismic data

Completion of project interpretations from a combination of well, seismic, geological and other potential field data types

Complete the assembly, loading and QC of data in preparation for interpretation projects

Assist with the preparation of seismic programs and tenders for acquisition and processing

Writing project reports
Suitable candidates will have;

Relevant tertiary qualification

Minimum 7 years experience

Strong seismic interpretation skills

Ability to work independently and within an integrated team
A salary package of $170,000 - $180,000 + Super + Bonus isavailable for this role.
