As the Regional Sales Manager you will have the responsibility to manage, develop and grow sales in line with the business objectives.

The successful applicant will take ownership of the following skills and responsibilities:

• Business planning and market analysis
• Developing sales strategies to ensure profit levels are reached
• Key Account Management
• Preparation of quotes, tenders and submissions
• Management & coordinate of sales staff & activities
• Coach staff in achieving sales outcomes
• Ensure safety standards are upheld and maintained
• Reporting to senior management
• Necessary skills/experience
• Experience within the lifting, rigging or height safety applications is highly desirable
• Solid understanding of the recourse, mining and construction industry
• The ability to further develop the brand and capitalise on new areas within the market place
• Proven sales management experience of leading a team and achieving results
• Understanding of basic financial principles including profitability, efficiency and cost control
• Appropriate written and verbal communication skills
• An understanding of OH& S principles within the related industry
