Mechanical Engineer

Our company is seeking experienced Mechanical Engineers interested in working with a large resource company. This contract position is located in the Perth CBD.

It is essential that you have:
  • A Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical);
  • Professional registration;
  • At least 5 years related professional experience in the mining or resources industry;
  • Previous experience in mining and metals;
  • Previous EPCM experience;
  • Intermediate computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the intermediate use of spreadsheets;
  • Use of conveyor design software such as Beltstat or Sidewinder;
  • Previous site experience (particularly iron ore);
  • Previous coordination, decision making, planning and organising and report writing experience.
Applicants must:
  • Meet the above essential criteria's; and
  • Currently reside, and be authorised to work in Australia (eg. Work Visa if required).
  • Regrettably, we are unable to consider applicants who do not have the required prior industry experience.
