An exciting opportunity has arisen within one of Queensland’s major Coal Mines in the Bowen Basin for a Maintenance Planner.  An attractive work-life balance is on offer with this role with along with modern camp facilities including swimming pool, tennis court and gym.  
 
With relevant experience in mobile maintenance planning you will develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal plant safety, maintainability and reliability of equipment.  Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent a key accountability of this role is preparation and continual maintaining of the equipment register and long term component plans.  As a successful applicant you will actively participate in the audits, reporting and budgeting procedures, and ensure safety, quality and environmental management plans are implemented, maintained and progressively improved.
 
Appropriate Trade Qualifications in a mechanical/electrical trade, experience with CAT, Hitachi and other ancillary equipments are key requirements of this role.  Your effective communication and organisation skills will be crucial in handling multiple functions simultaneously.
