An exciting on-going job opportunity exists within one of Queensland’s major coal mines in the Bowen Basin Region with one of Australia’s leading mining companies for a Maintenance Supervisor.  This on-going temporary assignment offering modern style accommodation, 4:2 - 4:6 day/night working roster and an attractive $80 hourly rate are on offer with this role. 


With relevant experience in maintenance supervision you will be responsible for the leadership and supervision of maintenance crews to ensure specific site targets pertaining to safety, reliability and productivity are met and exceeded. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent a key accountability of this role is coordination and job allocation of relevant tasks to all maintenance crews. Previous maintenance experience with heavy mobile vehicles as well as experience with CMMS systems such as SAP and Ellipse are key requirements of this role.  


Appropriate Trade Qualifications in a mechanical/electrical trade, experience with light to medium mobile equipment and other ancillary equipments are key requirements of this role. Your effective communication and organisation skills will be crucial in handling multiple functions simultaneously.
