Maintenance Supervisor

An exceptional job opportunity exists within one of Queensland’s major Coal Mines for a Maintenance Supervisor in the Bowen Basin region.  An excellent $80 per hour rate + Super, lifestyle 4:2 4:6 roster working day and night shifts, camp accommodation and an opportunity for ongoing work are on offer with this role.
 
With relevant experience in a mobile maintenance supervisory role in an open cut environment you will be responsible for the supervision and monitoring of maintenance crews maintaining a fleet of heavy mobile equipment.  With previous experience with CMMS Systems such as SAP, Ellipse or JD Edwards etc you will be responsible for controlling work orders and flows for maintenance crew members and ensuring all personnel are constantly updated on the work allocation and targets for the site.
 
Relevant Trade Qualifications in a mechanical trade as well as current SGS, Generic Induction tickets and current Coal Board Medical are all key requirements of this role.  Your effective leadership, organisational and communication skills will assist you in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
