Civil Engineer (Rail) Urgent!

Perth 
Due to a large influx of large pit to port projects in the W.A. we urgently seek experienced Rail Civil Engineer to join this iconic and succesful international organisation. Your initial workload will be based around greenfield design works as well as acting in an interface position on behalf of the client.


With commitment from the highest level to expand the rail team in the West, you will also be tasked to identify suitable personnel to join the team over the coming months. 


This is a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to have a strong impact on the growth and direction of a dynamic and up and coming Rail team in the Perth region.




To qualify for this role you will posses:


•Degree Qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline 
•Heavy Haul and freight experience 
•Minimum 8 years experience in the Engineering Industry 
•Must be experienced in the design of large rail projects including rail infrastructure, earthworks and other aspects associated with greenfield rail projects 
•Must have experience and/or understanding of working for a consultancy with experience in the front end of projects e.g. feasibility studies, bids and tenders ideal 
•Must have previous experience in Rail specific design software such as MX Rail, Bentley or InRail. 
•Proven and extensive experience leading a team and being able to motivate team members 
•Ability to interact and assist the Client directly on projects
