A Senior Civil Design Engineer is required to join the newly formed Urban Development team. This is a strategic role supporting the Manager - Urban Development and it is expected that you take a leading role within the team.
Your role will focus on managing and delivering urban development projects, residential subdivisions, rural, high-rise, mixed-use etc. You will be expected to oversee all contract documentation and liaise with clients, contracts and local government authorities.
You will take the technical lead role on projects and supervise a team of engineers, designers and site supervisors, along with subcontractors.
The successful applicant will have:
•Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
•Minimum 8 years experience in civil engineering or urban development projects
•Excellent civil design and documentation capabilities
•Demonstrated expertise in a broad scope of urban projects
•Proven ability to lead teams and negotiate effective outcomes
