Human Resource Officer

Our company is representing an Australian Mining Company in search for a Human Resource Officer that would be based in Darwin, Australia.

The Human Resource Officer will support the Human Resource Advisor and be responsible for Managing all facets of end to end recruitment for all departments- advertising, phone & formal interviews, reference checks, liaison with external & internal stakeholders, and arranging pre employment medicals and site visits, amongst others.

A Human Resource qualification is essential along with experience in recruitment. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maintain a high standard of integrity and confidentiality and have an effective approach to time management.
