Renowned as a global leader in the extraction of base metals, this international employer of choice is experiencing continued success and requires a Maintenance Superintendent to join their established and experienced maintenance team. 


This role will see you lead maintenance operations to ensure compliance of all health, safety and environment legislation whilst maximising site assets and equipment reliability. You will execute major shut downs along with routine and unscheduled break down events. 


You will be a highly motivated individual with superior communication skills that is looking for that next challenge. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will have proven success developing and leading teams to improve reliability/business improvement through work management project management and budget development practices. 


You must display a high level of competency in CMMS Systems, RCM, RCA, FMCEA and PMO principles coupled with proven implementation experience of reliability principles within heavy industry especially manufacturing, mining, oil and gas.

You must hold Reliability/Engineering qualifications: with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing experience would be highly regarded. You must have previous experience managing a large team.
