Growth in their mining team has created a position opportunity for an technically astute Mechanical Engineering Manager to develop their team further. 
 
Working with Design Department you will monitor and manage mechanical engineering operations across mining projects. You will be responsible for the maintenance of performance and quality standards across all projects and studies through the effective provision of Mechanical Design liaising across disciplines. Your ability to set and exceed budget specifications, agreed estimates and time frames will ensure exceptionally strong ongoing relationships with clients. Proven skills in continuously improving process through ongoing development and innovation is essential for your success in this role. 

Relevant Engineering Qualifications combined with extensive engineering experience across mining projects is essential. Your proven ability to lead, manage and motivate employees at all levels through your excellent communication skills is a vital component.
