Our company's Projects Team currently has a Contracts Engineer position available. Working on one of our major construction projects located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, this role will provide you with exposure to large-scale construction contracts. Required Skills and Experience:
As the successful candidate you will have:

• Extensive Contracts experience
• Recent experience working within a major construction environment
• Previous experience administering Contracts relating to Power within a construction environment
• Strong communications and people skills
• SAP experience is highly desirable although not essential

This role requires high levels of competency in communicating and negotiating contract terms and broad experience in contracts administration within a projects and construction environment. 

Responsibilities include:

• Lead responsibility in the Administering of Contracts pertaining to the construction of Power related Infrastructure on site
• Review and where necessary negotiate variations and claims from contractors
• Providing on-going commercial support, ensuring that suppliers, vendors and sub-contractors     engaged in support of the project adhere to the terms under which they were engaged
• Administer contracts and ensure that all parties are compliant
