WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
Western Australia is enjoying a resources boom and Georgiou has a very busy 2012 ahead. The company has a strong pipeline of projects across all sectors. We are now seeking to develop the commercial function of the business and are offering career opportunities for experienced Estimators. Key competencies for the position include;
• Civil construction or commercial building experience
• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• Experience in tender preparation, cost planning and negotiation with suppliers
• The ability to foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
