About our Client
Our client is a market leading mining company specializing in the production of a number of commodities both locally and overseas. 

Job Description
This key role will see you responsible for the following;
  • Identify, develop and implement new and existing Supply Chain strategies to support the growth of the business 
  • Develop and maintain the company's Supply Chain processes, models and systems
  • Manage the operational Procurement function
  • Maintenance of the warehouse and inventory function
  • Manage a number of critical supply and contract agreements
  • Develop and foster the key supply relationships locally and internationally
Furthermore you will indirectly manage a number of staff which will allow you to develop your supervisory skills.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in high volume and complex Supply Chain environment. You will have demonstrated experience in areas including inventory, warehousing, purchasing, strategic procurement, logistics and staff management. Furthermore you will have managed a team and be an advanced user of excel.
