Health, Safety & Training Manager

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Training Manager to join this leading company in Central Queensland. In this position, you will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for facilitating and developing strategies to enhance the ongoing health, safety and training of the company. To be considered for this unique opportunity you must possess: Proven track record as a Health & Safety professional preferably in the mining or resources industry; Qualifications in safety are highly desirable; Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach managers and staff in relation to health and safety requirements and strategies; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; Good commercial awareness /business acumen; Drive and passion for workplace health and safety Superior analytical, organisational and reporting skills.
