Shift Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Shift Maintenance Supervisor to join this leading organisation in Central Queensland. In this position, you will report to the Engineering & Maintenance Manager and be responsible for: maximising equipment availability, reliability and performance across all section of the mine during. You will also drive each shifts maintenance plan and manage the equipment breakdowns. We are seeking candidates with the following: A Mechanical or Electrical Trade qualification (essential); 2+ years proven experience working in the underground coal mining industry; Deputys First Class Mine Managers or Second Class Mine Managers Certificate; The ability to work on a day/night roste; A strong commitment to workplace health, safety and environment policies; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; High levels of computer literacy (MS Word & Excel); Strong coordination and supervisory experience.
