Estimator - Civil / Bulk Earthworks. Salary package will depend on experience. Nation-wide Employer of Choice is seeking an Estimator for civil earthworks environment to support project activities and development in Central Queensland, specifically in the Gladstone region. Local industry knowledge and networks would be highly regarded. This role will require a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role with projects up to $50 million, where you will have worked on-site for similar infrastructure projects, having been involved in a variety of civil engineering duties, such as: - Coordinating cost schedule - Monitoring cost productivity - Communicating with project managers - Problem solving - Delivering outcomes according to projected time - Working through a variety of situations and adapting to suit project activity - Submitting tenders - Procurement - Working independently to achieve outcomes and objectives - Reporting. Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or a related civil construction discipline would be desirable but not essential.
