An ever expanding, and well known mining contractor is after an OCE to join their central Bowen based mine site. With a focus on improving all aspects of their mining business, here lies a chance to get stuck into a role that will provide a challenge to any OCE that wants to move upwards and onwards and within a busy pit.
The roster and salary are both very attractive with a 7:7 and a base + super banding that is right up there with the best of the rest. The site is coupled by a great village nearby, and you aren't far from the coast if you are living near it.
You know what it takes to be an OCE, but to be successful in this pit you will need to have proven that you are safety and quality focused.
As always, you will need the following:
- OCE Ticket
- S1,2,3 and G2
- Open pit experience
- Leadership skills and attention to detail
- Previous OCE experience a must
In return, you will not be left wondering if you made the right choice. You will receive a very good salary, good village accommodation and a good site allowance. As noted, this is a 7:7 roster.
