Lakehead Marine & Industrial, a dry-dock facility headquartered in Thunder Bay Ontario, is a multi-trade contactor that is recognized as a premier maintenance and repair leader for the marine industry serving the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Seaway. Lakehead Marine & Industrial is one of three companies belonging to the Marine & Industrial Sector of Upper Lakes Group Inc. The sector is an integrated assembly of companies with a complete range of technical capability for all aspects of shipbuilding, ship-repair, machinery repair and industrial fabrication.

Historically focused on marine applications, we are diversifying our operations to exploit growth opportunities in the industrial sector. We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to guide the company during a period of transition. Reporting directly to the President and CEO of the Sector, the GM will have responsibility for developing and executing business and strategic plans; identifying and building new business opportunities; operating the facility including maintenance and repair; providing mentorship and guidance to staff, managing capital programs while ensuring quality improvement initiatives are adhered to.
