Sediment Remediation Design Manager
Description and Desired Qualifications
- Our Sediment Remediation Design Manager careers provide you with the opportunity to design, manage and perform sediment remediation work and serve as a key member helping our clients improve our world one project at a time. You should be a self-motivated professional with a B.S. Degree in Geology, Soil Science or related Engineering degree; have a minimum of 20 years of experience in environmental engineering with sediment remediation utilizing various in-situ and ex-situ technologies, and project management; and have a desire to grow personally as well as professionally with each remedial design job.
Our Sediment Remediation Design Managers:
- Provide expertise in Feasibility Studies, Remedial Design, and Remedial Action for contaminated sediments with clear understanding of risk-based decision process for sediment, soil, and groundwater contamination.
- Specialize in sediment strategy development and various remedial processes including removal/environmental dredging and sediment capping.
- Serve as an expert with work in in-water permits and ensuring permit compliance during construction
- Are well-versed in CERCLA, water quality, and sediment regulations
- Maintain strong working relationships with national regulatory agencies, and have previous negotiation experience.
- Maintain strong working relationships with state and regional regulatory agencies.
- Serve as a key member of new business development pursuits.
Basic Qualifications
- Possess a B.S. Degree in Geology, Soil Science or related Engineering degree and have a minimum of 20 years sediment and remediation experience.
Degree Required
- Bachelors or 4 Year Degree
