Position Summary:
- Reports to Engineering Manager, North America.
Responsible for the following:
- Provides project/construction management to facilitate execution of company Sales & Service and Operations priorities.
Essential Functions:
- Deliver project success criteria – scope, budget, schedule and quality
- Communication of project status
- Compilation of project records
- Decision Making Authority: Resolves complex project management issues, works independently on specifically scoped projects
Major Challenges:
- Keeping projects on time, under budget and within scope while meeting success criteria; support of a wide geographic area; periods of extensive travel.
- Other duties may be assigned within the capabilities of the successful candidate, as determined by management.
Requirements:
- Education: BS Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent experience (10+ years).
- Experience: 2-5yrs
- Technical: General computer literacy
- Must satisfy the requirements for “possessor of explosives” as defined by the BATF.

- Engineering drawing interpretation

- Written/ verbal communication skills
- Neat & orderly documentation of project outputs

Work Environment & Physical Conditions:
- Performing job duties around high explosives and otherwise hazardous materials; ability to wear and care for applicable personal protective equipment (such as, safety glasses and shoes, respirator, hard hat and ear protection, safety harness) as required by site-specific requirements.
