Setup & Operate Grinding - Roller Group

Position Summary:

• Second Shift Position - Required to set-up and operate grinding machines including end grinders and roller complex on roving basis as assigned by Supervisor and/or Cell Leader. Assignment will not be on any given machine permanently.  May be required to work in other areas based on production needs.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for quality of all parts produced.
• Operates machines according to exact tolerances specified on engineering prints.
• Required to maintain housekeeping of machines and work area and to do other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Supervisor, Cell Leader and Operations Manager.
• Meets all production standards.
• Ability to read blueprints
