Job Description :

• Within the [Company] Process & Motion Control platform, associates design, manufacture, market and service specified, highly engineered mechanical components used within complex systems where customers’ reliability requirements and the cost of failure or downtime are extremely high. • The [Company] Water Management platform designs, procures, manufactures and markets products that provide and enhance water quality, safety, flow control and conservation where customers specify our products due to performance, life cycle and project cost, and our service levels. Products are marketed and sold through widely recognized brand names including Zurn®, Rodney Hunt®, Fontaine®, GA Industries, Wilkins and VAG.
• [Company] is primarily owned by Apollo Management, one of the world’s premier private equity firms.
• This position will manage the implementation of industry-leading e-Business solutions.  Provide operational leadership in developing and executing projects to deliver websites (public sites, customer portals and intranets), e-marketing tools, and electronic business-to-business (B2B) integrations with customers (internal and external).

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and develop new web-enabled and e-integrated business solutions
• Improve existing and create new e-Business solutions including public websites, customer web portals and web-enabled marketing, collaboration, and CRM tools
• Deliver solutions that enhance external customers’ experience with websites and additional e-marketing solutions to improve accessibility to marketing collateral for products, product lines, and market solutions
• Oversee the operations and deliver solutions that enhance internal customers’ experience with Rexnord’s corporate intranet and the existing B2B integrations
• Coordinate with external customers and internal IT resources to successfully launch new EDI, system-to-system direct-connect and vendor managed inventory (VMI) integrations with key customers

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related and a minimum of 5 years e-Business experience
• Extreme attention to detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills, and an aptitude for learning new systems and processes
• Experience in requirements gathering, requirements definition, and business/functional requirements analysis
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation
• Ability to and experience leading cross functional project teams including business and IT resources
• Experience in e-Business technologies required. Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP Master Data Management (MDM) a definite plus
