Reports to: Director e-Business
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to successfully manage customer rebates and produce product/price communications. Use existing and develop new data management techniques and communication formats/protocols to ensure data and process integrity. Participate in the management of rebate programs and track rebate plans, initiatives, claim validations and payouts. Implement pricing strategies and support product/price communications.
Responsibilities:
- Code, validate, and update rebate agreements to accurately reflect participating customers and product lines
- Conduct detailed analysis and prepare supporting documentation for customer rebate claims
- Analyze, validate, resolve discrepancies, and process rebate claim reimbursements
- Collect, analyze, validate, resolve discrepancies, and prepare product/price communications
- Interface with customers and internal contacts to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer rebates and product/price communications
Job Requirements:
- 1- 3 year of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in business, data management, data processing or related business experience
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and a passion for data accuracy
- Proven experience with data management and analysis techniques
- Proficiency with data management and analysis tools (specifically Microsoft Excel and Access)
- Extensive practical knowledge in importing and analyzing data to generate spreadsheets, report summaries, and graphs
- Familiarity and/or experience with SAP pricing and/or rebate management a plus
