Administrative Assistant - Minerals - O&M

Detailed Description                

  • Coordinates and provides administrative services to the O&M Minerals team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides administration support
  • Coordinates travel, arranges tickets, etc.
  • Assists in compiling proposals and documentation for sales, including translation.
  • Completes general administrative duties such as Word processing
  • Produces reports, Power point presentations, flowcharts, etc.
  • Provides reception services such as answering phones and greeting guests
  • Arranges visits, appointments and organises luncheons, functions, etc.
  • Prepares and types correspondence
  • Takes minutes at meetings as required

Job Requirements                   

  • Associate degree or combination of experience and education
  • Minimum 3-5 years office experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Demonstrated strong written and oral communications skills
  • Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Organized and detail orientated
  • Ability to deliver high quality services and support within tight deadlines.
