Administrative Assistant - Minerals - O&M
Detailed Description
- Coordinates and provides administrative services to the O&M Minerals team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides administration support
- Coordinates travel, arranges tickets, etc.
- Assists in compiling proposals and documentation for sales, including translation.
- Completes general administrative duties such as Word processing
- Produces reports, Power point presentations, flowcharts, etc.
- Provides reception services such as answering phones and greeting guests
- Arranges visits, appointments and organises luncheons, functions, etc.
- Prepares and types correspondence
- Takes minutes at meetings as required
Job Requirements
- Associate degree or combination of experience and education
- Minimum 3-5 years office experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Demonstrated strong written and oral communications skills
- Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Organized and detail orientated
- Ability to deliver high quality services and support within tight deadlines.
