Cost Engineer — FIFO

• FIFO in QLD - 21:7 Roster
• Civil Infrastructure or Mining experience required
• $120k - $150k + super + 30% uplift

Cost Engineer  - FIFO 
  
This large, reputable multi disciplinary contractor is currently in the delivery phase of a number of large and high profile projects throughout QLD and Australia.  
  
One of their large mining infrastructure projects there is an urgent requirement for an experienced Cost Engineer to join them immediately. This Cost Engineer will be reporting to the Commercial Manager in charge of this section of works. You will be utilizing your skills and experience in Cost Planning and Cost Control.  
  
You will be: 

• Responsible for the cost engineering and planning 
• Assisting the Project manager with all cost control and procedures
• Producing all cost reports required
• Liaising with various internal and external parties including sub contractors 

To be considered for this role you will have the following experience:  
Degree or equivalent  

• A minimum of 3-8 years experience in a similar role ideally within the civil, rail, mining or engineering within Australia 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
