To be successful in this Role you will have the Following :
  • Proven Experience in a Formen's role
  • Ability to effectively provide guidance to your crew of supervisor
  • Effective scheduling and budgeting skills
  • Ability to oversee Drill and Blast Plans
  • Proven ability to develop and build a strong mining team
  • Current Western Australian 'C' Class Drivers License 
  • WA Underground Shift Supervisor's Ticket
  • Effective communication and report writing skills
  • Experience in a Production environment
  • Project Management Experience would be desirable
