Due to rapid and continued growth, the Mining Division of Australia is looking to appoint an energetic and experienced Maintenance Trainer (Truck) to be based in either NSW or QLD. Reporting to the National Training Manager, this newly created position is responsible for the coordination and delivery of high quality technical training on co's Mining Trucks to Liebherr employees and clientele.
A confident and experienced trainer, you will easily demonstrate your ability to successfully develop and facilitate training outcomes to your client group. Your strong ability to prioritise, plan, assemble and execute training plans across both the NSW & QLD regions, will be fundamental to your success and that of your customers.
You are a self-driven and influential operator with the ability to work autonomously whilst contributing to team outcomes. Together with your strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, you will be confident in your ability to influence business leaders to address technical capability gaps whilst you actively encourage and foster a high performance culture.
Your key duties include but are not limited to:
Provide product and technical support to customers as required;
Provide internal VOC training on Liebherr Mining Trucks;
Design and implement training packages to meet Liebherr and customers’ requirements;
Ensure that co is represented in a professional manner and is providing the highest possible level of training support.
Our ideal applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:
Current accreditation in Certificate IV Training & Assessment;
Strong knowledge of mining products, in particular co Mining Truck Fleet;
Demonstrated aptitude with High Voltage Electrical or equivalent;
Sound technical knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems;
Have the experience and confidence in your ability and decision making skill to be able to work in an autonomous role;
Be highly organised, with the ability to manage your time effectively in a fast paced and diverse environment;
Current driver’s license;
Regular interstate travel between NSW and QLD to meet internal and external training requirements.
