Opportunities in finance exist within their large and well structured Head Office and on site for operationally focussed and analytical accountants. 

A current opportunity sits at a Senior Business Analyst level and works on a FIFO 9/5 roster. Reporting to the Commercial Manager and overseeing an experienced Business Analyst you will be ambitious by nature and capable of stepping up to the Commercial Management role and progression to this role will be a natural next step in your career. 

This is a senior level position which will allow you to utilise your 5 plus years experience in the mining industry and in-depth understanding of mining operations. As a talented Analyst and Senior Management Accountant you will take ownership for a range of reporting activities in addition to life of mine modelling, capital management, budgeting and forecasting.

Taking the role a step further you will work closely with various levels of site personnel to manage risk, identify potential issues and recommend solutions. Close liaison with the business improvement team and active participation in implementing initiatives, will also form part of your varied role. 

Experience working on-site and at a senior level will be imperative for this position. You will also need to demonstrate sound leadership, superior communication skills and the ability to step up to a commercial management position longer term.
