The Position
Are you looking for an overseas project? This is a great opportunity to join an Australian company on one of their major projects in Indonesia. They are looking to appoint an Auto Electrical Supervisor to Supervisor and Mentor the local workforce. Currently the project has close to 9000 employees and they are still expanding.

Your main duties will include:
• Mentor and Train the local workforce
• Planning and Coordinating the Mobile Electrical Workforce
• Ensure all Maintenance activities are carried out according to schedule

The Candidate
• Must have relevant Trade qualifications
• Extensive Caterpillar and Mobile Plant Knowledge
• Must have worked in a similar position on a Large Scale Fleet
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Come from a fast paced contractor environment

The offer
In return for your services, you will be offered a competitive salary, Paid in country Tax, Medical and Excellent FIFO back to point of hire. This position could also be look at on a residential base, with 6 weeks annual leave with partners.
