Resource Geologist

We are looking for a Resource Geologist to conduct estimation, review and coordination of our client’s deposits.

This is a residential based role 5 and 2 in Bendigo, you will be working with a large team of Geological professionals and reporting to the Geology Manager of an international organisation.


You will be responsible for, but not limited to: -
  • Participating in the estimation, review and coordination of the sites resources
  • Ensuring potential increases in Resources and Reserves are identified through mineral resource work
  • Develop Grade Control Models
  • Providing direct technical support to the operating sites
  • Undertaking geological due diligence of growth targets
You will have the following: -
  • Tertiary qualified in Geology
  • Underground experience would be an advantage
  • Demonstrated experience Gold mining or base metals
  • Modelling and Estimation experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
This role would be ideal for a professional that has 4-6 years of mining and exploration experience, has conducted some modelling and estimation work.
