In 2011 Western Australia’s(WA) Mineral and Petroleum Industry hit an all time record of $101 billion in sales.  In 2012 the amount of Heavy Duty Diesel Fitter positions on offer throughout WA’s mining industry has also hit an all time record.  We have been inundated with requests for HD Fitters, at all levels, to start immediately in workshops ranging from as far north as the Kimberleys to Esperance in the south; to Tropicana in the east and right up and down the coast.
 
You will need to be trade qualified in Automotive (Heavy Vehicle) or equivalent with experience working on earthmoving equipment.  Experience working on either CAT, Komatsu and Hitachi is desirable along with holding a HR Licence however it is not compulsory.

On hand, we have positions ranging from first year tradesman to leading hands, from supervisors to maintenance managers.  Depending on your lifestyle, there are many rosters to choose from including 2/1, 2/2, 5/2 and 8/6 rosters.
