Civil Supervisor

This well established Civil Contractor has truly ridden the WA mining wave over the past decade, delivering superb annual growth and profit results. Their project order book is simply burgeoning and was recently punctuated with the successful award of a $100m earthworks contract. This was granted by one of the world’s premier iron ore miners, thus underpinning their success. 

As a result, they are currently seeking an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to join their team on site. This role will require you to oversee a team of 30+ operating staff and liaise with Project Management staff on issues pertaining to project schedule and budget. You must possess outstanding communication and leadership skills here. Proven experience and an intimate knowledge of bulk earthworks on mining sites is essential here. 

This role will be working on a family friendly and highly convenient 2 weeks on/1 week off roster. Return flights from Perth , meals and accommodation will be paid for here.
