This Australian manufacturer of construction materials offers a wide range of products and services to industry in WA, across the mining, O&G and energy sectors. They have enjoyed an extended period of growth in recent years, and have further plans to capitalise on the buoyant WA economy in 2012.

Changes in their team have created a great job opportunity for a HSE Advisor to join the Perth team. Your primary responsibility in this role will be to ensure operation of and compliance to safety and environmental systems, driving continuous improvement opportunities where they exist and maintaining relevant documentation. Key to this is educating the workforce on their obligations, ensuring that operational staff are aware of their HSE responsibilities.

You will have a background in similar HSE based jobs, ideally with experience in industrial manufacturing environments. Strong communication skills are also essential to liaise effectively with staff in all areas of the organisation.
