This market leader is seeking a driven Waste Manager to join their team in an exciting brand new position. 

With environmental protection and sustainable business practices being a pivotal focus for organisations throughout Australia, this company provides innovative waste management solutions which will minimise the impact on the environment while also recognising the value in any waste materials.  

Due to entry to the Australian market this organisation is seeking a Waste Manager to initially work under their parent company in an exciting brand new position.

With established client relationships in the oil and gas and mining sectors this position will business develop and educate in waste and resource management technologies/strategies tailored to their requirements. It will also ensure compliance with relevant environmental legislation and company standards.

To be considered you will be a motivated professional with waste management experience. You will ideally have business development/sales experience and have excellent interpersonal skills in order to build valued relationships with new and existing stakeholders. 

This organisation does not have a “one size fits all” waste and resource management strategy. As such you will require training on the different solutions and new technologies available to you, therefore requiring you to travel overseas for a period of a month. 

This is an exciting role and will allow you to be at the forefront of waste and resource management.
