Perth based position - servicing the Mining, Water and Oil & Gas industries

Due to continued and significant growth, you now have the opportunity to join this highly regarded multinational organisation representing their range of LV to HV and AC Motors. You are a highly reputable Business Development Manager with a strong track record of sales success and a passion for the motors industry and have current relationships with key decision makers in some of Western Australia's most prominent OEM's, Mines and EPC's.
  
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager and liaising with the state sales team, your role will be focused on the identification of projects in the mining, water, sugar and oil and gas industries.  Your extensive sales experience will help you to identify key decision makers within these firms to build long term relationships. In addition to your knowledge of local industry, your exposure to Project Management, Occupational Health, Safety & Environment and confidence using the Microsoft Office Suite will be highly regarded.
 
You are a confident self starter with strong technical knowledge of LV, MV and HV Motors, helping you to build credibility with clients. As you will be regularly delivering presentations and supporting your clients with product and application information, you must have exceptional communication skills and be able to develop relationships with people at all levels. A strong commercial awareness along with proven sales skills is essential for this position in addition to an Electrical or Mechanical Diploma or Trade Certificate.
