Geotechnical Engineer - Hard Rock - Relocate to QLD

Great opportunity to relocate to Queensland as a Geotechnical Engineer for an international mining company. This position offers fantastic salary and benefits, along with exceptional mentoring to help you further your career as a mining professional.


You will be based residentially in North QLD or on a FIFO 8/6 roster out of Brisbane / Townsville or Cairns.


Reporting to the Senior Geotechnical Engineer your responsibilities may include the following:
Promoting and maintaining a safe working environment
Planning, interpretation and utilisation of all geotechnical data
Ensuring site complies with geotechnical standards and mine regulations

To be considered for this role you will need to be degree qualified, and have 2+ years experience in hard rock within a similar role. 
Salary depends on experience, but will be in the region of $135000 - $155,000 + bonuses. Salaries outside that range can be considered for those with exceptional levels of experience.
