Supplier Qualification Analyst

The Client:

Our client is a leading international Oil & Gas company

The Role:

This rare opportunity is a permanent professional staff role and there will be some specific training required to be undertaken at our clients Head Office in Europe for 2-3 months.

Reporting to the Contracts & Procurement manager, the purpose of this position is to ensure that all vendor management and compliance unit activities are compliant with company standards and procedures.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordination of vendor prequalification process
• Development and management of vendor feedback process
• Management and maintenance of the approved vendor list
• Stakeholder engagement
• Vendor site audits
• Analysis and reporting

Qualifications and experience required:

The successful candidate must have a minimum 3 years relevant experience in the contracts and procurement of oilfield equipment and services along with tertiary qualifications in (law, economics, engineering preferred), or higher degree or other suitable experience.
