Senior Resource Coal Geologist - Brisbane

Join a leading mining coal producer as a Senior Resource Coal Geologist, this is a key role within the Brisbane corporate office and is suitable for an exceptional Resource Coal Geologist wanting a challenge.


In this role you will be apart of a team of Geologist. involved in the resourcing of a major Greenfield operation in QLD.


You will need to have:
Strong skills in mining software packages
Resource estimation techniques
Competency in signing off on resources under JORC standards
Experience in mentoring, training, and sharing your experiences with junior staff

To be suitable for this role you will need to be degree qualified, as well as having at least 5 years experience in the coal mining industry.


Salary depends on experience, but will be in the region of $160,000 - $170,000 + Bonuses. Salaries outside that range can be considered for those with exceptional levels of experience.
