Estimator - 5 week contract

My client is an established building contractor, which has built a strong reputation for delivering new build and refurbishment projects valued to $10M. Due to one of their Estimators going on Annual Leave, a contract Estimator is required to start first week of March for 5 weeks.

This builder works on a broad range of projects including schools, offices, healthcare and commercial projects valued to $10M. My client has a great name in the industry, they have a fine reputation for on time delivery and a broad repeat client base.
 
As an Estimator your main duties will be:
Preparing detailed tenders and submissions in accordance with procedures.
Maintain strong subcontract, supplier and client relations throughout tender process.
Managing time and resources to ensure timely completion of tenders/submissions.
You will be construction trade or degree qualified in construction management and most importantly have a proven track record as an Estimator on commercial projects valued over $5M. You will be an excellent communicator at all levels, posses great organisational skills and have a strong work ethic. You need to have hard dollar commercial experience.
 
An attractive hourly rate of $60 - $70 will be paid for this position.
