Job Description
Reporting into the Regional Lead Business Analyst, you will work as part of a team of 6 and be responsible for leading multiple operations, process re-engineering and technology implementation project initiatives and business case development efforts, of which you will be a Subject Matter expert. 

The role will be predominantly based in our client’s centrally based office, although requires national and international travel to mine sites at your request.

Essential Duties:

• Participate in the overall business process strategies, industry research, analysis requirements and business case developments for critical operational units.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to company processes.
• Develop, write and communicate business requirements for the design and implementation of business solutions regionally across business units with complex procedures.
• Work with the change management team in identification of job impacts, developing project communications and ensuring adoption of organization and process changes.
• Implementation of systems and development of procedures in consultation with system vendors.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years mine site experience in a Business Analysis function is absolutely essential; this could be operations, process, maintenance or planning.
• Experienced in implementing business process modelling, workflow analysis and process redesign across multi-national organisations.
• Knowledge and experience in system implementation, organisational change management, performance measurement knowledge management.
• Experience in working with business or operations such as Accounting, HR, Finance, Mining, Exploration, Supply chain, Maintenance and/or Engineering Projects business areas.
