Our client is a leading Australian engineering and project delivery company operating primarily in the Mining and Minerals, Hydrocarbons, Infrastructure and Specialist industries. They offer solutions for Brownfield and Greenfield projects from conceptual design to operations, and asset management and completion services.
Due to growth and development, they are currently seeking an Asset Management Engineer who is capable of working in the maintenance and reliability areas within the mining and hydrocarbon industries.
Assist in preparation of proposals
Client interfacing
Asset Strategy development
Reliability & Maintenance Engineering activities
Establishment of operating and maintenance philosophies
Maintenance Systems configuration and implementation
The sorts of experience we are looking for include;
Maintenance strategy development
Maintenance procedures
Maintenance improvement projects
Maintenance plans
Spares requirements
Maintenance focal point
Operational cost forecasting
Commissioning experience would be highly regarded
In order to be successful, candidates will be required to have;
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or similar with at least 4 years experience in a relevant field
or
At least 8 years industry related trade or maintenance engineering background.
And we are looking for candidates who will be able to show;
Demonstrable experience in establishing and supporting client relations
Excellent task management and project management skills
A strong understanding of maintenance and reliability
An understanding of maintenance task analysis, spares analysis, RCM/RBI/SIL/PMO etc., maintenance budgeting, availability / capacity modelling, Maintenance Improvement Projects
In order to be successful, candidates will need to have excellent communication skills. Australian experience is necessary!
