Job Specification

The Role:

• Mining Recruitment Manager
• Require an experienced team leader with a strong billing history and great mentorship ability. 
• Previous management experience in recruitment is non negotiable.
• We are looking for a team player who can think outside of the box.
• You will be managing a team of 2 currently.
• The candidate will be responsible for the day to day operations, managing a team, new business development, reaching and exceeding targets and defining new targets & goals.

The Benefits:

• Unheard of basic salary for Cape Town plus a good commission structure.
